Return & Exchange Policy

At Bharati Shringar, each piece of jewellery is crafted with love, care, and precision.
We take immense pride in the quality of our creations and want every customer to be delighted with their purchase.

Since our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds, except in the rare case of damaged or defective items.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange is accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with clear unboxing photos/videos as proof.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

If all conditions are met, we will arrange an exchange for the same or similar product of equal value.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Colour or pattern variations due to photography or screen differences.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or sale items.

  • Jewellery that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and unboxing video/photos showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on the return shipping process or replacement.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back safely unless it was damaged upon arrival.

  • Once received, our team will inspect the item and dispatch your replacement within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as each piece is handcrafted exclusively for you.
If you wish to modify details (like address or contact), please inform us within 2 hours of placing the order.
